More Boys Hiking and Girls Being Silly In Their Costumes!

Don't ask me how we got back to pictures of my boys' hiking trip, but they are beautiful!
Well, without the boys in them, anyway! He he! Okay, okay, I'll admit it. I love them!

Finally, my silly little Chloe again! You know, I think my kitchen was actually semi-clean for a brief moment here!

Now, there's a much clearer picture of the shirt she got for her Halloween costume! I had such a terrible time getting her to hold still!
This was Angela's costume! Yes, she can be girly occasionally! Actually, a lot more these days! She made a very beautiful ballerina! We were all being silly this day.

  1. Great photos Shellie. I know I'm totally behind on reading your blog and I do want to give you some book feedback. Oh what a life it could be if nothing to do but blog and blog read! :)

Love to you and your family this holiday season. I hope to get caught up on a lot of things, with a few days off, so look for some comments in your blog.

Hey, does that count for my bible reading? ;) yeah, behind on that and my bible study too. Beth Moore is sitting next to my bed calling my name.

Your girls are beautiful. Where were these hiking photos taken again? They are amazing photos, a few of them are framable for sure.

Just dropping by to say I haven't forgotten about you, just not enough hours in the day.

    Hugs and Blessings!

  2. Josh actually took those pictures at Palouse Falls. Josh thinks that area actually rivals the Grand Canyon, just, obviously a much smaller version! I've actually never been there, but it looks beautiful! I understand about the time issue! I can't imagine trying to raise 3 kids and work full-time,too! Josh and I decided that it would be best for our kids even if we have to live humbly to have a well-rested (most of the time) mom who's not always cranky at home! I've never been able to get a job that I enjoyed at all, so I never wanted anything to do with anyone when I came home. That and with my husband's current job, I'd have to quit every summer, so it would be like temporary college type jobs for me, not permanent ones. We move to Boy Scout camp in the summer, so kind of in too crazy of a time in Josh's career for me to have a job outside the home, too! I've felt guilty on many occasions for not working outside the home when we have so little to tell you the truth, so I guess there is mommy guilt no matter what choice you make, I guess! What Beth Moore study are you doing? In case you hadn't figured it out yet, she's my favorite author! And no, reading my book doesn't count! Unless you look up the verses and read them for yourself! Actually, in my revision I've taken out the verses and put in to look them up yourself! So, if by some miracle my book gets published and you read it, you won't be off the hook! Sorry!
